Terms

AlloLivreur.ma is a matchmaking service. Services (delivery, transport, moving, towing, passenger transport) are performed by independent professionals registered on the platform, who set their own prices. The customer chooses the offer that suits them and pays the professional directly.

Customers

Requests are free and without commitment. Customers provide accurate information (addresses, contents, access constraints) and give the delivery code only upon receipt. Illegal, dangerous or prohibited items are refused.

Couriers and carriers

Couriers provide valid documents (ID card, driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance) and obey the Highway Code. They commit to the price offered unless the customer changes the request. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, repeated cancellations or verified complaints.

Reviews

Only the customer of a completed delivery can rate the courier. Reviews are never bought or edited.
