Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything?

Sign-up is free, with no subscription or commitment. Your first 5 deliveries have no fee. After that, 10% of each delivery price is deducted in credits from your account (1 credit = 1 MAD). Example: a 20 MAD delivery = 2 credits; 50 MAD = 5 credits. You pay the trip directly to the courier, at your price.

How does cash on delivery work?

You enter the amount to collect (e.g. 120 DH). The courier collects at the door and hands you the cash on return, or as you usually arrange. If already paid, enter 0.

I don’t have time to type the customer’s address.

No need: just enter their number, the courier calls for the exact address. You can also dictate it or paste the customer’s WhatsApp message. Regular customers are suggested automatically.

Who are the couriers?

Independent couriers registered on AlloLivreur, ID-checked and rated by customers. You see their name and rating and can call or text them.

Can I keep my usual couriers?

Of course. AlloLivreur helps when your courier is already out or during the rush: instead of calling Hamid, Mohamed then Kader, you press one button.

Does it work on my till or computer?

Yes: the Pro app opens in any browser (phone, tablet, till PC) and installs like an app, without the Play Store.
