Privacy

We only collect what is needed to connect you: your phone number, first name, addresses and request details, messages exchanged and — only if you allow it — your GPS location. The customer's number is shared only with the chosen courier.

Your likely city is inferred from your IP address using DB-IP's free “IP to City Lite” database, with no external service and without storing the IP. Photos, voice notes and documents are stored outside the public part of the site and are only accessible to the people involved in the trip.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data from the Help page (Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data).
